Health Care Providers:

Physicians: At the conclusion of the conference, you will be able to create a login to The University of Chicago website. Please indicate if you would like only AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ or AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ and MOC II Points. After completing a brief evaluation of the course, you will be taken to your Certificate. You will indicate the hours of your participation in the conference and your CME certificate will reflect the appropriate amount of credits.

Internal Medicine Physicians: If you would like to receive ABIM MOC II Points, you will need to indicate that at the beginning of the credit claiming process. Once you have answered the MOC Questions, you will receive confirmation from the University of Chicago. This information will be forwarded to the ABIM and will be reflected on your ABIM account. Please allow 6-8 weeks for this information to be updated on your ABIM Portal.

Nurses and Advanced Practice Professionals: At the conclusion of the conference, you will be able to create a login to The University of Chicago website. After completing a brief evaluation of the course, you will be taken to your Certificate.  You will receive a Certificate of Participation. When you turn in this Certificate to your respective Accrediting Body, you will claim the number of hours that you participated in the CME Conference. For information on the applicability and acceptance of Certificates of Participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME, please consult your professional licensing board.
