How To Get Your Credits
When the conference is completed, you will be able to create a login to the accreditation website. After filling out a short evaluation of the conference, you will be taken to your CME certificate. You will indicate the hours of your participation in the conference and your CME certificate will reflect the appropriate amount of credits. This is done electronically, and can be done in less than 10 minutes. You will also receive instructions on this process at the conference.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and the American Medical Forum. The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation Statement
The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 30 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 30 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
